01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bnw ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). 03 Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one (1) account on 55bnw. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 55bnw will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 55bnw are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Maya
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card

Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of a verified request, subject to completion of KYC requirements. 55bnw does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 55bnw reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

55bnw offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 55bnw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 55bnw are final once confirmed. Players should review all bet details carefully before submitting. 55bnw is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

55bnw reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event has concluded (late bet).
• There was a technical error that caused incorrect odds or game outcomes to be displayed.
• The bet was made in violation of these Terms or applicable gaming regulations.
• The outcome was influenced by fraud, match-fixing, or corruption, as determined by 55bnw or relevant sporting authorities.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 55bnw and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or 55bnw staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without their consent.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

55bnw cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any confirmed illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice to the player.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on 55bnw — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55bnw or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 55bnw without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

09 Privacy and Data
